The apartment located on a mezzanine floor already had a good initial distribution with the exception of a long, unexploited corridor. The request of the young owner was to have a large and important living area compared to the rest of the house.
The old kitchen, dining room, living room and part of the entrance were merged to create a large living space. A well-structured and space-saving kitchenette communicates with the rest of the living room; all illuminated by a succession of fixtures.
In the bedroom a large walk-in closet was located to master at the head of the bed and the bathroom was completely re-designed and re-distributed.
